Erin Palacio leads the HR department that engages a growing and diversified workforce. Throughout her 20-year career in human resources, Erin has worked in a broad range of industries including, healthcare, banking, energy and municipal government. She is responsible for leading the overall human resources strategy and collaborates with leaders to develop workplace policies and programs that advance Apollo’s vision and is an established leader in linking people programs to business objectives. She is an advocate of building leaders, culture, and success in the teams she pours into. Erin is a results-focused leader who delivers talent acquisition, retention, and motivation solutions that help harness the power of one of Apollo’s most valuable assets – their people. Erin earned a bachelor’s degree in business and an MBA from Wayland Baptist University.  She has also obtained her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI.
